OUR CLASSES

Our classes provide an opportunity for everyone to learn about their body through introducing basic elements of movement and providing an opportunity to apply these throughout the session.

​

There are two tiers of classes, Integrated Class and Foundations Class.

 

We build from the ground up - focusing on simple elements, then up to those that require the skilful integration of many basic layers into full body expression.

INTEGRATED CLASS

Our Integrated classes are designed to explore a wide range of elements to increase strength, flexibility, and co-ordination.

 

All our classes are guided and personalised to improve each person based on their limitations. Each session allows you to better understand and explore your body and build your overall ability.

Strength forms an integral part of each class and we develop personalized programs designed to increase strength for each part of the body as well as learning to integrate larger and more functional patterns.

 

Feeling more confident and stronger in your body and all your movements is the only side-effect! 

FOUNDATIONS CLASS

In Foundations classes we explore basic and gentle movements, co-ordination, balance and strength in a variety of ways. A great start for people who have been inactive for years due to injury, age, or simply wish to ease into things.

 

We look to gradually progress the body and bring back a sense of youth and playfulness back into life.

Our emphasis is on rebuilding trust in the body and increasing awareness of self through exploring movement.
